Job description

• Implement the company’s policy of quality assurance and quality control
• Responsibility for inspecting procedures, outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues
• Implement and maintain all QA activities in the company to ensure compliance with the regulatory and quality system requirements

Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain and edit company quality procedures, standards and policies
• Monitor and implement company operations following quality assurance procedures
• Supervise and guide the R&D and production team
• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
• Report all malfunctions to production to ensure immediate action
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
• Ensure all legal standards are met
• Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections
• Manage and maintain Customer complaints

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 1-3 years as a quality assurance assistance or relevant role in medical device company
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Great attention to details
• BSc/BA in bio-medical relevant field (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering) and QA certificate accordingly
