X-trodes, a vibrant digital health company, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Operational Engineer student to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble, calibrate, and repair main components of our leading products.
Support production activities and ensure that products meet defined quality and process requirements.
Manage and maintain the company's inventory, including receiving, organizing, issuing, and tracking components and products.
Ensure accurate inventory records and continuous tracking of inventory movements.
Manage customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality requirements.
Prepare and maintain professional documentation, including work instructions, assembly procedures, quality guidelines, and other operational documents.
Regularly update and maintain logistics and operational files to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Work closely with R&D and other teams to support production and improve operational processes.
Identify process gaps and assist in implementing practical improvements.

Requirements

Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and work effectively as part of a team.
Hands-on approach and good technical skills – A must.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Experience reading drawings and technical documents – An advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English – A must.
Previous experience with assembly, manufacturing, laboratory work, or other hands-on technical work – an advantage.
Up to 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience working with Priority Systems – An advantage.
Experience with product design, CAD, or other design-related work – an advantage.

Position Details - Student position – Part-time

The position is suitable for:

2nd–3rd year students studying Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2nd year students from other fields.
Candidates with a relevant technical background who are not currently enrolled in an academic program, for a part-time position.
